PUSH Notification Not Recevied

PUSH Notifications can disappear if opened in the Rublon Authenticator App

PUSH notifications can be approved in two ways - by expanding the notification on the users BYOD and selecting Approve, or by pressing the notification to open the Rublon Authenticator app - then pressing the green Approve button

In some instances, the latter option doesn’t display the Approve button - only the accounts screen:



Resolution

To view the missing notification, swipe down from the top of the app to display the missing notification

The approval page will then appear
