Access the self service AD Manager portal using the below URL and credentials provided by Cybersquad IT. *Note the portal is only available within your hosted VMware desktop environment.

Select the Rest Password option from the General Attributes menu

Select the desired password reset options in the left and right fields, then search for the user to reset the password for. The VMware Horizon client presents the option to change the users password at next login across all platforms.

Ensure the checkbox is ticked for the desired user, then press the Apply button to complete the password change

Confirm the password has been changed to finalis the task
