CyberSquad IT hosted clients have access to the Sophos Outlook Add-In, which allows undetected spam emails to be sent to our spam vendor SophosLabs for review with just a few clicks.

Forwarding spam to SophosLabs assists ongoing efforts to improve the accuracy of spam heuristics.

 

How to report an email as spam

  1. In Outlook, select the spam email/s you have received

  2. Under the Home tab, click the Report As Spam button (see screenshot below) and follow the prompts

  3. The sample will be sent to SophosLabs and the selected email/s will be moved to your spam folder

 

 

If you cannot see the "Report As Spam" option in Outlook, please contact CyberSquad IT Consulting on 1300 300 497 so the add-in can be installed.
