Understanding Sophos Quarantine Reports (UTM)

Sophos Quarantine Reports are sent to your mailbox daily at 8AM and 4PM, only when you have email/s in quarantine. These are emails which the system suspects are spam but hasn’t automatically deleted so they can be reviewed.

The report will list the reason it was quarantined (in the above case spam) and will allow you to release the email to your inbox and or whitelist the senders email address.

For some types of detections the release or whitelist features are disabled.
