BP - Export Patient File
Open the patient's file in Best Practice.
Press CTRL+F2 or File and then Export Patient
Select XML if exporting to another practice (to then import into their PMS), or HTML if going to the patient only. Choose options, including confidential material if appropriate.
Click “Export”
From the "Save in" drop-down, select your USB Drive (in this case Removable Disk D) - or other location of your choce and click Save
If you are connecting via VMware Horizon (IaaS for Medical™ / HorizonCLOUD™), and DO NOT see your USB drive listed, please ensure you are running the latest VMware Horizon Client on your device:

Also, make sure the USB Drive is redirected from the VMware Horizon Bar at the top of your Screen:
