For clients leveraging Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) with their VMware Horizon hosted desktops, please follow the below documentation to assist with the enrolment and authentication process.
The primary MFA option is a PUSH notification to the authenticator app on the users smartphone. Should the users smartphone be unavailable, a backup email notification can be sent to the users external email address provided during the enrolment process.
