As part of the 3CX Management console, you have the ability to add or remove extensions or agents from Ring Groups or Call Queues.
Once you have logged into the management console, please follow the below steps:
- Click on Ring groups or Call queue on the left-hand side depending on which one is used
- Select the ring group or call queue you would like to add or remove an extension to
- Under the "Group Members" section and "General" tab, click on the blue +Add (or select and then Delete) button to add/remove an Ext.
- For Call Queues this will be under the "Agents" tab
- You can change the order of Extensions (or Agents if a Call Queue) using "Move Up" and "Move Down" keys. This will be important if you are using any Prioritized-Based Ring or Polling strategies
- Click on the blue OK button to save any changes
