PUSH Notifications can disappear if opened in the Rublon Authenticator App
PUSH notifications can be approved in two ways - by expanding the notification on the users BYOD and selecting Approve, or by pressing the notification to open the Rublon Authenticator app - then pressing the green Approve button
In some instances, the latter option doesn’t display the Approve button - only the accounts screen:

Reauthenticate in the VMware Horizon client to send another PUSH notification - allow 30 seconds for the second notification to come through to the user.To view the missing notification, swipe down from the top of the app to display the missing notification
The approval page will then appear
