V20 | Record a Welcome (Intro) Prompt for 3CX | Call Queue
To record new audio messages for a call queue in 3CX please follow the below guide.
Login to your 3CX Phone System and select “Admin” in the bottom left of your screen (Google Chrome is recommended)

Select Call Handling on the left sidebar, and then Select your previously created Call Queue. Alternatively click Add to create a new call queue if required:
Click on options at the top and tick the Intro Prompt checkbox and several options will become available - Upload, Delete and Record. We want to record a new welcome message for our call queue so press Record (Microphone):
Give the recording a name, Once complete press the Microphone button to begin recording - 3CX will then initiate a recording to your computers microphone to record the message. Record until you have finished and press on the Microphone to save to 3CX
Once the recording has been saved in 3CX (pressing on the Microphone and Upload) the message name will now be visible in the Intro Prompt drop down menu. Select the recorded file, then press OK at the top of the screen to save your changes:
